Description
Citizen Sarah Bartell has a complaint about a construction company that has damaged city property. She says that they are renovating a home in the area and they dragged a dumpster through the alley which crushed half of the supercan placed out there. She says that they took the damaged supercan and placed them in a pile. They have also damaged the gravel in the alley and there is mud pits that have been created from the damage.
