Description
A Team Fishel truck buried a power line for a Devonshire St resident in our alley and left it in total disrepair. The ruts are 6-8” deep. Unrelated to Team Fishel, the alley extending from the 4700 block of Sylvan to Devonshire is also full of potholes and ruts.
