Description
The alley between N 30th and N 31st Streets has large muddy rutts from construction vehicles accessing alley multiple times. Every time I leave to walk my dog, we both get covered in mud and I can't see a way to walk around without steeping /sinking into the mud. Please add gravel to the alleyway. The alley is partially graveled, but I suppose construction vehicles have moved more gravel, so there isn't any left at the end of the alleyway.
