Description
Both sides of N. 2nd St., between the railroad tracks where it changes to Valley Road and up the hill to Hill Street or Hospital Street are full of litter. This is not public property, but there is no option to report litter on private property. There’s also a huge tree that fell months ago in a storm across the sidewalk coming down the hill on the right right before you get to the railroad tracks and it’s impossible for anyone to walk on the sidewalk. Needs immediate attention.
