Description
I have 4 inches of water in the alley when it rains. My previous requested you graveled the neighbors and made mi y situation worse. My neighbor is very happy. Could you please gravel the correcy address. I cant get to my trash cans, the garbage truck is ruining my fence where the weight of the truck is pushing mud afainst the fence. This is a nightmare. The rest of the alley looks good - its jut this weird low spot i think from the neighbors building a garage and inproper grading. Thanks
