Description

there is excessive speeding on MOSS SIDE AVE, at/near Laburnum, with drivers ignoring speed tables and stop signs, bike riders and pedestrians, many of whom are children. this stretch remains VERY DANGEROUS. SPEED LIMIT 15mph signage PLEASE AND THANK YOU.
