Description

Multiple bumps, potholes, uneven pavement along Jackson Street. Due to its proximity to 95/64, this is one of the first roads that visitors to Richmond travel along heading to downtown. Vehicles are often driving in the middle of the road or on the wrong side of the street to avoid problems on the road. Concerned about potential crashes and safety.
