* The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks to conduct traffic calming measures along W. Cary Street via the installation of curb extensions. This project includes design for the installation of curb extensions along W. Cary Street on the upstream side of each unsignalized intersection between S. Arthur Ashe Boulevard and S. Belvidere Street. * This federally funded project is currently under the design.
