Description

The public trashcan on the corner is overflowing and attracting pests, creating a breeding ground for disease and a threat to public health. It's also being used for pet waste disposal, which is unsanitary and a violation of city ordinances. The city must remove it and install a new one on the median specifically for pet waste. The community deserves a clean and safe environment and the current state of the trashcan is unacceptable. It's time for the city to take action.
