Two obsolete, and largely illegible signs in James S. Christian, Jr., Place. Pic attached. Pic is of one at Chimbo. and P. 2nd is at P and Oakwood.

What kind of sign is it?
2 old "drug enforcement" signs that are obsolete. Don't see anywhere else on RVA311 to submit.
