Description
I submitted this under DPW 119242: ...City regulations require repaving from curb to curb. Additionally, a sink hole, reported separately in the eastbound lane, directly across Grove, was patched, but not actually excavated/disturbed in order to perform sublayer repair. That needs to be excavated and repaved 'curb to curb' as well. Someone decided today that the solution is pass it on to DPW to drop a steel plate. NO NEED FOR A PLATE. Curb to Curb needs to be repaved. Happy to meet at site.
