Description
The pedestrian crossing button on the south corner of the traffic light on Hull Street between E Second Street and E First Street (directly in front of the Richmond Railroad Museum) is busted and hanging loosely from a wire. Unsurprisingly, it does not work. This is a major intersection for pedestrians accessing the Manchester Floodwall Walk.
