Description

Concrete sidewalk panel is uplifted by tree roots near alley entrance on Q St (south side) between 31st and 32nd. Consequently, the area floods during rain and impedes pedestrian walkway with mud from previous construction. RVA311 needs to stop closing these requests without resolution.
