Description

Pothole in westbound lane of Bellevue Ave next to this address. The pavement is failing in several places in the west bound lane, just east of Hermitage due to a thin pavement layer being installed over a wet clay base when it was resurfaced in 2019. There is a 100-foot long section of this lane that needs to be taken up and properly resurfaced.
