Description

The previous relatively new tree planting died 1 or 2 years ago but was never replaced. It was in the Roseneath median between Hanover and Stuart, in the opening nearest to Hanover/Roseneath intersection. Trees in median are generally evenly spaced apart. I would be happy to water it after planting.

    Called citizen and left him a voicemail confirming the Arborist S. Lilly to his question about tree planting. Per Arborist this will not happen until Fall of 2024. If citizen is interested in planting on his own, he could apply for a tree planting permit.
