Description
Ped signal NE corner of Broad and College St is displaying a walk sign with an 8. Its not counting down and not displaying a stop even when the traffic light to head south accross Broad is green. I figured the pedestrian signal being on the whole time was a danger to the people walking in the area. I ended up calling the emergency request number and speaking to the police non emergency line. I checked on my lunch break and the sign was working properly.
