Description

Series of major cracks and broken sections of the sidewalk pavement and curb ramp on the 4000 Forest Hill Ave corner of the Roanoke St. curb. Just to the left of the ADA ramp / crosswalk entrance. Sewer grate has been backed up for several months and water has pooled at the intersection--which has caused these cracks and potholes to grow even bigger.
