Description

Debris has been dumped behind 1500 Georgia Ave in the alley. The owner of 1500 Georgia is elderly - he has definitely not left the cart or concrete in the trash cans. They are very heavy and the collection people can not lift, Is it possible to get this eyesore cleaned up? It has been there for over a month. Thank you.
