Description

Leaking fire hydrant. Leaking hydrant creates issues for responding fire department due to damaged internal components which can lead to hydrant failure when needed and also creates walking and driving hazards due to the formulation of ice on the street in freezing temperatures. Traffic collisions and injuries can result due to the accumulated ice from the leaking hydrant
