Description
It looks like 400 E.Grace st experienced some flooding inside and the water made its way outside to the sidewalk. Ice has covered the side walk. While someone has put up caution tape there hasn't been any real effort to clean it up. The entire width of the sidewalk has been blocked for a few days.
