Description
Recently our alley (behind 3307-3311 kensington) was resurfaced. It is not level and when it rains it puddles heavily. I have pics but do not see how to attatch them. The resurface only made things worse and the alley cannot be used when raining due to puddle flooding and stale water. With the cold temps this week, it was lots of ice and I slipped twice.
