Description
There is no sidewalk in front of 418 N 23rd Street and between 418 and E Franklin the sidewalk needs repair, its very difficult to walk on or use any wheels. Additionally, the side walk on the south side of Clay Street between 23rd and 24th is an absolute mess and is impossible to use safely.
