Description
The timing of the stop lights at the intersection of east Marshall and N 11th Streets are not timed properly. One side of E Marshall at was closed for construction which has since been completed and the lanes have been reopened. Now that they are reopened the stop lights are not timed properly. The light on E Marshall only stays green for a few seconds where the one on N 11th stays green for several minutes.
