Description

Westover Gardens Boulevard has become busier, and people regularly speed up and down the hill. There are no sidewalks, and people walk to and from the Powhite Park entrance. Also, deer cross here along with multiple other animals. Now children have begun riding skateboards, shopping carts and ATVs down the hill. Some speed bumps would go a long way in mitigating these dangers before someone gets seriously hurt.
