Description

DPU chiseled out a section of asphalt to uncover a water access cover that had been paved over. Leaving a pothole in the road and a water access hole that needs to be raised a couple of inches to be even woth the existing road. Also the asphalt that was removed from the street was just left in my yard by the utility pole
