Description

There is a sinking sidewalk concrete slab at 602 akron street. This is tiled at a 30 degree angle. A gas line access point is directly in the center of the sidewalk. no apparent gas leak

The repair will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns 4 inch trip underneath wash out appears to be a sewer clean out in sidewalk broken cover on water.
