Description

300 block of North Rowland is often used as an alternative to N Meadow ST. for citizens, as well as police. Drivers “fly” through, speeding without any thought of residents & children on bikes and scooters. Please consider a speed table for this block between Hanover Ave & Stuart Ave. Thank you!!!
