citizen called originally had service request in 3/2022 under dpw 102568 for 2 stumps--which one of the 2 stumps were removed---we opened another service req under dpw 126218 for 2nd stump to be removed and it was closed as duplicate request---she is requesting second stump to be removed from original request she put in march 2022
