Description

There is what appears to be an old sign post in the median of W laburnum Ave. Only 6 inches of it are stickup out of the ground. I tripped over it while jogging which sent me into the roadway and was almost hit by a car. See pictures. This needs to be removed, i tried, it is in pretty tight.
