Description
After my trash bin was stolen, the City replaced it on 10/20/2022. I applied two address labels to the new bin. On 11/28, I found the bin at the wrong address several houses away. On 12/05, one of the rear wheels was off and flat on the ground. I put it back in order to move it back onto the property, but my repair is temporary, I'm sure. Please ask the collectors to attach the wheel permanently. I do not need a new bin, just a quick repair. Thank you.
