Description

The alleyway to 3319 Ellwood Ave, Richmond, VA 23221 needs repair of potholes and proper sloping for storm water. This alleyway serves as the only access point for the business (pre-school) that occupies this address. During certain weather conditions, the pre-school can be unsafe and difficult to access due to the alley conditions. The photo attached is the condition of the alley with just .05" rainfall within 24hrs. Note: majority of foot traffic is coming from N Crenshaw Ave parking deck.
