Description
I was at a stoplight at the intersection of Main and Nansemond. A blind man with a white cane was walking on the sidewalk on Main Street near Nansemond. He was about 6 feet tall and walked right into this low leaning tree, nearly breaking his nose. He dropped his cane and bent over holding his face. I asked him if he was okay and he said "I will be". We both agreed that this tree should be evaluated for removal. It is a hazard to people who do not have good vision.
