Description

Tenants of property left large black contractor bags of trash and wet cardboard in alley. Animals have now opened bags of trash and scattered trash around alley. It is difficult to drive down alley without running over debris. Can city please collect items? Unable to contact tenants to request that they manage their own trash issue.
