Description
The crossing flasher and pole are completely missing on the south side of the street. Thia creates no way for pedestrian traffic or school children crossinf to signel ans stop traffic on Forest Hill Ave at 43rd st. This places everyone in great danger due to the excessive speeding in the area and lack of traffic enforcemrnt. This needs to be replaced ASAP before someone is killed again. This was the site if another traffic fatality a few years back!

- Staff · December 6, 2022Yes. This very important crossing was just demolished in a vehicle accident this week. There was no repairing any of the parts. A brand new crossing flasher has been ordered and will be replaced as soonas it comes in. Please use extreme caution while crossing the street here in the meantime.
