Description

This is the THIRD request to have this looked at. Other requests have been marked completed, but nothing has been done, there is a very large limb on this tree that is completely dead. It is going to fall on someone's car or worse on a pedestrian. The tree next to it fell in a storm. This one is in worse shape than the one that fell.
