Description
The alley behind the Gate Oaks Apts at 2909 Chamberlayne Ave has been in disrepair for years and must be reapired in a way that is lasting. Following a rain event, there is always 3-4” of standing water, this is not ok. The alley appears to be a a combination of gravel and asphalt, maybe ghisnisnpart of the problem. Regardless, neighbors on both sides of the alley are fed up and want this fixed.
