Description

This is the third time I have put in this request and it is not just in front of our house. You just closed DPW00064048 as Complete and nothing was repaired. There is a strip between grass (where there should be curb) and the recently repaved street. The city repaired it years ago but it has largely crumbled away. We continue to have to remove chunks of loose pavement and asphalt to reduce the risk of tripping on loose pieces. All of it used to be paved.
