Description

The curbing at drain has broken off leaving a very dangerous wide space for anyone, but especially small kids/dogs, etc stepping off of curb. The large manhole cover is ajar now also, so it has become a hazard on the sidewalk. I hope you can check on it as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to the matter.

There was work done at this location by the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) _____very dangerous___ (gas, water, etc.) division. DPU is responsible for this repair. We will contact the DPU division that we believe is responsible. Please go back through the 311 system and route this request to DPU. Top edge on storm drain is broken off very dangerous.
