Description
People get confused about the Center lane, thinking it is a left turn lane (onto Arthur Ashe Blvd) rather than a thru-lane (continuing onto Westwood Avenue). This creates a dangerous situation with cars actually turning left, from the left lane, onto Arthur Ashe, who do not expect cars to their right to also turn onto Arthur Ashe.
