Description
Traffic light not operating correctly. This happens about twice a year. I believe it is concurrent with the time change. Between 7:15am and 8:00am, driving 95 north, taking exit 76 to Chamberlayne Ave, the green light is displayed for eight seconds total. The subsequent red light is active for 90 seconds, inherently backing up traffic onto 95N. I commute everyday and I assure you this is not normal. Again, this seems to happen about twice a year, following daylight savings time.
