Description

The property was vacant until a new construction in 2021.Two service requests were submitted over the last 6 months and not responded to. I dug through 8 inches of dirt and debris and discovered a buried brick sidewalk. I am requesting the city pick up the large pile of dirt and debris as a result of city failure to maintain sidewalk while the property was vacant.

This location has been inspected on 11/30/2022. 10/85 ft. section of damaged brick uneven sidewalk causing a cave-in. The repairs will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns.
