Description
Chronically poor drainage. Walked with councilman Charles Samuel’s asst 10 years ago with hopes of being addressed. Icing occurs during winter. Muddy other months spreading over Birch’s sidewalks. Harbors mosquitoes in Summer. Recently a stream of H2O coming from Park Ave to alley entrance is creating a larger pool. Can we fix the leak plus engineer a grade to prevent this? Thank you so much.
