Description

Per Richmond Code § 23-44, refuse should not be placed out prior than 4pm of the day preceding a trash pickup. There are bags and bags and more are being added. Today is Monday, November 21st. Trash day is normally Thursday. With this week being a holiday, collection will not occur until Friday, November 25th. This is an ongoing issue with this landlord.
