Description
I'm not sure what you want me to describe here, but allow me to say that over a year ago men in a garbage truck came on trash day & took my relatively new RVA trash can. I figured they'd drop off a new one the following week, but they never did! My neighbors & I have been sharing our bins since then. When they are all full and there's no room to put in my own trash, I leave my garbage bags next to the recycling. That was the case today & the sanitation workers did not pick up my garbage.
