Description
Speed bumps need to be installed onto the streets that lead entrance onto Talbert Dr from Lost Lane and from Springington onto Lost Lane. Excessive speeding is frequent in this particularly area. The streets dead ends on one side which is where the neighborhood children embark onto their school buses...the streets are narrow, densely populated with residential homes with some children and pets. Speed bumps are essential in this neighborhood.

Comments

- Staff · November 22, 2022The optimum spacing of speed tables is 600’ so DPW will consider a 1200’ street segment without any stopped condition based on other factors to determine if a speed table is needed. The tangent section on Talbert Dr is about 800’ so a speed table is not planned.
