Description
The alley behind 2207, 2209, and 2211 constantly has overflowed trashcans and trash heaped around the cans. The trash collectors just came through and picked up my trash, but did not touch these neighbors supercans again. I'm not sure if it is too much of a mess for them to pick it up in a regular run? Sometimes management that owns the buildings (these are all rentals) will come out and clean up a little. But a week later trash overflows again. This has gone on over a year. It looks terrible.
