Description
A section of brick sidewalk has been heaved up six inches in several locations over a fifteen foot stretch at the end of Libby Terrace on the south side of the road. A concrete property retaining wall has also been damaged by the tree roots. It is a definite tripping hazard and can not be readily traversed by any wheeled vehicle or apparatus.
