Description

Parking Grace & 7th Mr. Hossaini called and reported that a landscaper for the city (subcontractor), is blowing leaf, trash and debris and leaving at the city alley way at the end of 110 N. 7th street. Citizen has spoken and addressed the concern with the subcontractor but he continuous to do it. citizen and another neighbor has him on video.
