Description

Two crepe myrtles I planted recently review by your department. They are not healthy and are often vandalized. If city will promise to replace them, I will remove them and prepare the boxes for any new trees planted by the City. Please have City arborist tell me if this is possible. I have reached out to my Councilperson to resolve this. Any help is appreciated as I've been trying to get this resolved for 3 years.
