Description
At the intersection of DECATUR STREET and RICHMOND HIGHWAY, the green light for traffic approaching on DECATUR STREET must be at least 22 seconds to allow for pedestrian crossings. It is currently set to 16 seconds. PLEASE FIX. This is the third time I’ve put in this request.
